We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your LickBliss order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full 30-day return policy — no questions asked.

📋 How to Return

Simply contact us within 15 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process immediately.

✔️ Items must be returned in their original condition
✔️ Items must be unused and in original packaging where possible
❌ Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via PayPal.
